HOW TO COPY OR CHANGE/DELETE A HYPERLINK

Select the hyperlink that will be copied and right-click on it then select Copy or Cut.

Then go to the cell that the hyperlink will be placed in and select Paste.

A hyperlink can be deleted with either of the following options:

To disable one hyperlink, right-click the hyperlink, and then select Remove Hyperlink. Although the web address remains in the cell, it is no longer active or viewed as a hyperlink.

To remove the hyperlink along with the web address, select the relevant cell and then choose the option Clear Contents.

To delete a hyperlink along with the representing image, hold down Ctrl, select the image and then press Delete.

How to delete multiple hyperlinks

To remove more than one hyperlink simultaneously, follow either of these options:

Choose the range of cells containing the hyperlink you want to be removed.

The range of cells can be broken.

It is important to note that you must select the cell where the hyperlink is and press the mouse icon, then hold it until turns into a symbol resembling a cross and then release it. Select the cell with the hyperlink using the arrow keys. A hyperlink that is in the form of a graphic can be selected by holding down the Ctrl key and selecting the graphic.

Place the pointer anywhere over the highlighted cells and right-click to select the option Remove Hyperlinks.
