Water

Enjoy 8 glasses of water per day, and don't be afraid to add some low-carb flavoring to it if you're not keen on the taste.

Exercise

Many people exercise when they take part in a diet plan, but you do not have to. You will lose a lot of weight if you only eat the foods that the Ketogenic plan allows. This means that you do not have to exercise in order to lose weight, as it will start to fall off quickly.

Your weight loss

It's inevitable that you will lose a bit if not a lot of weight when undertaking this diet. This is because you will be consuming a lot less sugar. While you may lose quite a bit of weight at first, your weight loss will eventually slow down.
